I’ve searched around this sub for weekly schedule ideas, and some of the challenge suggestions have been helpful so thanks. Stoked & back at it in the home gym, holler. I’ve always missed it, and my sweet husband recently bought me the bundle package/subscription. Anyway was introduced to body pump years ago at my gym and was in the best shape when I was consistently doing body pump (2-3x/week). Goal is to get toned up again, get overall stronger/ develop better muscles that will assist in the ergonomics that come with raising a child (holding a baby + constantly bending over= back pain, woof), etc. 5’9, 160lb recently post partum (yes cleared by doc), trying to get back into shape and eventually back at my pre pregnancy weight (~140’ish).
